Postage & Delivery

Shipping Areas:
We offer postage to anywhere in Australia, including to rural areas, and PO Boxes.

Shipping Fee:
Postage is a flat rate of $12 for all orders under $199, and it’s free postage for orders over $199. 

Free Shipping:

You get free Shipping on any order over 199.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Processing delays may occur during peak periods (commonly from the 28th to the 5th of each month) or during holiday seasons.

Delivery Time
We strive to have all orders delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of order placement. 
“Business days” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Each order includes tracking. To view tracking details:

  1. Log into your Shaklee account

  2. Go to Order History

  3. Click “Track” next to the relevant order

  • GST (10%) is included in the listed product prices.


 

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility & Guarantee
Shaklee honours the same 100% Shaklee guarantee for Australian customers. Shaklee will refund any item you are not happy. Buyer pays for return postage.

How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return a product, please contact Shaklee Customer Service and follow their return instructions. Provide your order number, product details, reason for return, etc.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (i.e., “reply paid” is not offered).

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (or as otherwise agreed).

Timing & Conditions

  • Returns must meet the conditions stipulated by Shaklee.

  • Refunds may be subject to inspection and restocking guidelines.

  • Processing time for refunds may vary depending on bank/processor delays.

Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items

  • Any exceptions will be determined according to Shaklee’s standard policies.
